Improva Labs Get early access

Technology that helps people improve.

We build AI-assisted tools that develop better judgment, greater self-awareness, and more effective habits. Technology as a guide — not a substitute.

Belief

The principles behind our work.

01

Progress over activity

Being busy is not the same as making progress. We build for meaningful outcomes — not engagement metrics.

02

Guidance over control

Technology should support decision-making, not replace it. Users always retain ownership of their choices.

03

Adaptation over rigid plans

Reality changes. The best tools learn from outcomes and evolve their recommendations accordingly.

A coach that adapts to your run.

Runsei is an AI running coach that builds a plan around your life and reshapes it as you go. It keeps your plan as real structure, watches how the training actually goes, and proposes changes — you decide. Now in private testing, with public early access on the way.

A coach you talk to

Plan, explains the why, logs your runs, and proposes changes — you approve them.

Plans that adapt

A structured plan for your goal and your days, reshaped when life gets in the way.

Intelligent insights

Readiness, training load, zones, and race predictions, read from your real running.

Your data, in the EU

Built in Denmark, with an EU-only mode. You stay in control of what you share.

In planning

Stay on your word

A task manager and planning coach that helps you follow through — not by adding pressure, but by building better habits over time. Early concept; build hasn't started yet.

The person behind it

Why I started Improva Labs.

Andreas Schmidt · Founder, Improva Labs

I'm Andreas, an engineer based near Copenhagen. Over the past decade I've delivered user-centric IT solutions — from small tools to large-scale systems — across both consultancy and industry.

Along the way, my education and career have taken me to live in Argentina and Spain. What fascinates me now is how AI can help us improve — both mentally and physiologically. It lets us start out on the shoulders of research and best practice, right at our fingertips, and then adjust to our own reality: our schedule, our constraints, and how each of us responds best as an individual.

That's Improva Labs — turning what's known about getting better into tools that meet you where you actually are.
